Orders received will be processed the next business day excluding Holidays. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day. Once orders are processed and shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. To track your order, click on the tracking number next to the order to view the delivery status of your order
Any times or dates for delivery by Robert Piguet Parfums are estimates ONLY. In no event shall Robert Piguet Parfums be liable for any delay in delivery. Delay in delivery of any Goods shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to accept delivery thereof.
Standard Shipping is £5 for the UK including Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.
Returns
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, Robert Piguet Parfums will accept returns of any items unopened purchased on this website within 14 days from delivery. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Please note that new orders are subject to availability in stock.
Conditions for Refund
Package(s) must be returned in its original condition, with original online order receipt. Returned package(s) must include the Customer Return Form in its entirety, we will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment. Robert Piguet Parfums reserves the right to refuse refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

1. Please contact us at info@rpparfums.com to receive a Customer Return Form
2. Properly package your return.
3. Robert Piguet Parfums recommends shipping returned merchandise via insured and trackable parcel to ensure timely delivery.
